800 miles and 14 hours later, we made it to Oregon.
I'm looking forward to perusing the used books stores here for WWII aviation books, and spending time with my family.
My mom is putting the finishing touches on her remembrances of her grandmother, who certainly had her share of untold valor in her life. Austrian farm girl, came to America, homesteaded in Idaho, Austrian husband left her with three kids. It's incredible how strong some people are. She lived into the late 1930's. I'm planning a book about her.
I will continue writing on my novel while in Oregon, at least two hours a day. I still get email and can be reached at my usual email.
